Penguin Encounter

Penguin Encounter + General Admission

Encounter is approximately 45 minutes. Guests must be 8 years old or older to participate in the encounter. Children ages 8-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children ages 15-17 must have consent to participate without an adult. Cell phones and cameras are not permitted during the encounter. Strollers are not permitted. All participants must wear closed-toe shoes.

For the safety of our animals and guests, all jewelry must be removed for the encounter. Jewelry is not permitted.

The price listed below includes General Admission to OdySea Aquarium and the Penguin Encounter. The time selected is the start time for the encounter. Check-in is 15 minutes prior at Discovery Desk, located on the Upper Level next to Penguin Point. Guests may enter the aquarium any time prior to the encounter start time.

Ticket is nonrefundable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged. Please allow 30 minutes to receive a confirmation email with print at home tickets. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder for OdySea AQ Butterfly Wonderland or tickets@odyseainthedesert.com.
